Nichiha’s commercial-grade fiber cement panels are ⅝” thick — more than double the thickness of standard residential fiber cement. They deliver a high-end luxury look while providing heavy-duty weather defense, acoustic dampening and low-maintenance longevity required for high-traffic hotel environments.
Nichiha uses a clip-based rainscreen installation system. The mounting system creates a ventilated wall cavity behind the panels, allowing moisture to drain rapidly and air to circulate, preventing water intrusion and structural mold issues.
Nichiha panels require virtually no maintenance beyond an occasional soap-and-water wash. They eliminate the regular repainting, re-staining and sealing cycles required by wood or stucco, keeping operating expenses low and minimizing guest disruption.
